The Oscars is the most praised award show of all film and entertainment. it is the award that shows an actor and actress true talent on the silver screen. it is the award that can rub on anyone’s face and say “I’m better than you” This year’s host is Seth Macfarlane (Family Guy). I wonder what he has got under his sleeves. No, I’m serious. Family Guy is Hilarious! Not only are we interested on this year’s host, but also something that Joan Rivers can’t wait to get her fingers on. Which is fashion; I wonder who will wear what. Besides the host and fashion, let’s get into the interesting part. There is so many outstanding nominees competing for an Oscar, but what is better than waiting around for Oscar night? Hmmm… well let’s see! LET’S PREDICT THE WINNERS! * We will predict the 8 main awards*

For Best Picture: There is great competition for the Best Picture. We have Silver Linings Playbook, Django Unchained, Zero Dark Thirty, Argo, and Lincoln. But, I think it is simple to answer. I say Argo will take the Oscar. Why? Ben Affleck has been taking all award shows by storm. Take the Golden Globes for example. The guy knows what he is doing.

For Actor in a Leading Role: The Best of the best are nominees. It is a tough choice, but I will have to go with Hugh Jackman. Why? We have seen Hugh play the sexy and trouble wolverine on X-Men or a champion on steel but we have never seen Hugh in his performance yet, in les miserable. The man can sing, dance, and act! What else can he do?

Actress in a Leading Role: We have incredible women going for Oscars this year. We have Jessica Chastain, Noami Watts, and Jennifer Lawrence. I say Jennifer Lawrence. Why? Her performance in Silver Linings Playbook is beyond amazing. From a previous performance, The Hunger Games was a huge success for the young starlet. She was also nomineed for an Oscar in 2009 for Winter’s Bone.

Actor in a Supporting Role: We got top actors here. We have Robert De Niro, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Tommy Lee Jones, and Christoph Waltz. Well I chose Christoph waltz. Why? His performance on Django Unchained was absolutely outstanding. Waltz was nomineed in 2009 for Inglourious Basterds. Will he win this year?

Actress in a Supporting Role: Ok I’ll just name the nominees; we have Amy Adams, Sally Fields, Helen Hunt, Jacki Weaver, and Anne Hathaway. I chose Anne Hathaway. Why? Well let’s see her performance in Les Miserable is untouchable and perfect. Her previous performance in The Dark Knight Rises was a success in the ending franchise. Anne Hathaway went from Princess to Queen.

Animated Feature Film: Great animated films are nomineed this year like, Wreck-it Ralph, ParaNorman, Frankenweeine, and Brave. I Pick Brave. Why? It is a beautiful story about one’s fate and the effects and storyline is perfect. Well with someone like Mark Andrews that helped with the film. Someone that helped create The Adventures of Johnny Quest and First Movie of Spider-man (Tobey Maguire). You know there is a path of success there.

Directing: We have Michael Haneke (Amour), Ang lee (Life of Pi), David O. Russell (Silver Linings Playbook), and Steven Spielberg (Lincoln). I Pick Steven Spielberg. Why? It is Steven Spielberg guys! E.T, E.T go home!

                Music Original Song: Ahh, Music! We have Before my time (Chasing Ice) by J. Ralph, Everybody needs a Best Friend (Ted) by Seth Macfarlane, Skyfall (Skyfall) by Adele, and Suddenly ( Les Miserables) by Herbert Kretzmer and Alain Boublil. I pick Skyfall by Adele. Why? Well let’s go through this again. First, It is Adele, Second it is Adele, Third it is Adele, and OH I completely forgot, Its Adele.

We have covered the 8 main awards for Oscar Night. Look over the Nominees here at Oscar.go.com/nominees and predict who will win an Oscar on February 24 at 4p on ABC. Be aware of Host and fashion on the carpet.

The 55^th Annual Grammy Awards are tonight on CBS at 8pm. There is great competition this year. Kelly Clarkson with 4 nominees and a wedding coming up, Taylor Swift was 3 Nominees and 2 noms for Safe & Sound (The Hunger Games) and for Kim K’s Honey bunny Kanye West is going strong with 5 Nominees, Go Kimye! Now, For the New Comers the Lumineers have 2 nominees, not bad! And for Frank Ocean, he has 6 nominees. Wow, Impressive. Now what are important as an award is the Wardrobes. Producers for tonight’s event have sent out guidelines for dress codes, female fashion awareness which includes: Butt cracks, thongs, underboobs, side boobs, sheer frocks, nipples and, ahem, overly demonstrative groin areas. The producers did get a little more detail here is the statement:

“Please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered. Thong type costumes are problematic. Please avoid exposing bare fleshy under curves of the buttocks and buttock crack. Bare sides or under curvature of the breasts is also problematic. Please avoid sheer see-through clothing that could possibly expose female breast nipples. Please be sure the genital region is adequately covered so that there is no visible ‘puffy’ bare skin exposure.”

Back to Reality, Men! Let’s predict tonight’s winners. We will cover main awards:

For Record of the Year: I’m stuck with 4 artists, Kelly Clarkson, Fun. Frank Ocean, and Taylor Swift. Well First, Frank Ocean is a new comer but he did show his audience his talent and his pursuit with much known artist as Jay-Z and Kanye West. He also showed Chris Brown that he is respectful and a gentleman. For Kelly Clarkson, She came a long way from American Idol. She is always showing her audience that she is fierce, Strong and a performer. Her songs become hits! With Fun. Their out singles We are young and Some Nights kept their fans singing and wanting more. And for Taylor Swift, well she gives her fans new single hits with real life experience love and Break-ups. Thank you Harry Styles!

For Album of the Year: I would say Fun. will take the Grammy Home. Fun. Made an impressive year for themselves with We are young and Some Nights.

For Song of the Year: I would say Call me Maybe. Why? Everyone knew the lyrics like if it was their ABC’s and their 1,2,3’s. Carly Jae Japsen made a big bang!

For Best Pop Solo Performance: My quick guess is Adele for Set Fire to the Rain [LIVE]. First, its Adele. Second, Its Adele and Third, Its Adele. Its Adele People, she won a Golden Globe!

For Best Duo/Group Performance: I pick Taylor Swift with Safe & Sound (The Hunger Games). Why? Even until now, when I hear that song It gives me chills and Goosebumps. Which means it’s an amazing song! Who else gets chills when they hear Safe & Sound?

For Best Traditional R&B Performance: I pick Beyonce for Love on Top. why? Who has seen the Super bowl Halftime performance? My point exactly!

Best R&B performance: I pick Usher for Climax. You know Usher is well known to be awesome and a performer with GREAT music!

For Best Rap Performance: I’m going with the big boys! Jay-Z and Kanye West with N****s in Paris.  Don’t know much about rap but I know that Jay-Z and Kanye West are the Kings.

For Best Rap/Sung Performance: I chose Jay-Z, Kanye West feating Frank Ocean and The Dream with No Church in the Wild. Why? Its Jay-Z, Kanye West,Frank Ocean,and The Dream. Great performers’ people!

Oh my goodness! There is Tension this year. Don’t we love tension but we don’t love that Justin Bieber is not nominee, at all! *HEART-BREAKING* Here is the link to the nominees, you can check out the list from here and decide yourself who will take victory home!
